In order to send an email, the agent must first have his/her own email template/s set up in their account.

This function is agent specific, meaning each agent in the account will need to set up their own email templates separately.

Once you have clicked the Setup Email Templates link:

  1. Enter a Name for the template you are creating
  2. Enter all or part of the email content in the content box and select Add Email Template
  3. Enter the Send From email address
  4. Click Done
  5. You can then click on the name of the email template you just created and edit the email using the HTML editor as needed to enhance the apperance. 

Select the Send Email button and choose the email from the list of email templates you have created.

* The email will come from the email address listed as the Send From.
